This class is an introduction to Infant Massage.  You will learn the benefits of infant massage and basic massage techniques that can be incorporated to your daily routines. Course is led by Jennifer Harvey, Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI), LMT.  

Class is one day and lasts approximately 90 minutes with 40-60 minutes of actual instruction time and additional time for questions.  Ages 0-12 months. (Older siblings are welcome to attend if needed).  Expectant parents are welcome to attend.

Infant Massage Technique Handout
Small Bottle of Massage Oil (Grapeseed Oil)

Tips for Class:
- This class is baby led so please feel free to comfort, feed or change your baby as needed. 
- Some babies may nap thru part or all of the class, that's OK!  You will still learn the techniques and can practice at home. 
- Please bring a blanket or yoga mat and a couple of the babies favorite toys or rattles.  
- Both parents are encouraged to attend when possible.  Older siblings or other caretakers are also welcome to attend.
