Exhale - The Wellness Space

This 75 minute session includes warmed bamboo tools and foot reflexology to help balance and relax the body.  The warmed bamboo creates a unique massage that combines the benefits of deep tissue massage with the relaxtion of swedish massage.

Bamboo Fusion Massage

This 30 minute Foot Reflexology session helps to reduce pain, relieve stress and allows for deep relaxation.

Reflexology

Wear comfortable clothes for this 30 minute Assisted Stretch session.  During the session we will address targeted areas to help increase flexibility, increase range of motion, and help the muscles relax.

Stretch Session

A typical Graston session will take between 15-30 minutes, depending on the area of the body that is being treated and the number of areas that need to be treated. Graston (IASTM) provides a mobilizing effect to scar tissue and myofascial adhesions.

Graston Only

Each session is customized to address the client’s individual needs using a variety of techniques such as swedish, deep tissue, sports therapy, Graston (IASTM), stretching, myofascial and reflexology.  Essential oils may be used so please let the therapist know if there are any allergies to be aware of.
