Student Athlete Recovery Session
Description
This specialized session is designed to help student athletes recover faster, improve mobility, and enhance overall performance. These sessions are focused on 1-2 specific treatment areas during a 30 minute session. It can include one or a combination of targeted techniques: • Assisted Stretching: Guided, active stretches to increase flexibility, release tension, and improve range of motion. • Cupping Therapy: Negative pressure technique to boost circulation, reduce muscle tightness, and aid in flushing out metabolic waste. • Graston Technique: Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization to break down adhesions, promote healing, and restore proper muscle function. Perfect for athletes in-season or off-season, this session supports faster recovery, injury prevention, and peak performance. *if student is under 18, parent must be present
